- Core Training Tired of doing the same basic crunches? These ab sessions will tighten and tone your waist and strenghten your core through a myriad of effective exercises.
- Boot Camp We WANT YOU! Geared for athletes and your average GI Joes, this class includes power moves, plyometrics, and strengthening exercises. You will GRUNT your way through this workout!
- Body Blast A powerful, focused workout devoted to developing muscular strength and endurance that will reshape your body.
- Butts & Guts Flatten your stomach and firm your backside with this high energy ab blasting workout. This class will focus on those hard to reach trouble areas as well as increase your flexibility and improve your posture.
- Cardio Fusion Combination class using various carido and resistance systems guaranteed to make you sweat.
- Cycle This class will take you from the flat lands of Kansas to the tops of the Rockies! You control your own pace and resistance - your workout is as easy or as challenging as you like. Lance would definitely approve!
- Pilates Developed around 100 years ago to improve posture and train your body's powerhourse center (abs, lower back and glutes), our updated Pilates class combines flexibility, balance, and strength exercises for total body conditioning.
- Bustin' Loose Sculpt & Abs class is designed to increase your heart rate and strengthen your total body through a combination of resistance training exercises using dumbbells, stability balls, bands and tubing;
- Cardio Flex This high energy workout combines intervals of cardio segments and strength exercises to get your heart pumping and pound dropping.
- On the Ball Learn exercises and stretches using the stability ball. This class will help you increase strength, frexibility and balance.
