PERSONAL TRAINING

Every member is given a full orientation and free personal training session as well as a free fitness assessment.  We’ll explain how to use our equipment, assist you in setting goals for your workouts, and answer any fitness questions you have.  We’ll find the right trainer for you – a perfect match in personality and experience.

Members can register for additional personal training, suited to your needs.  Our experts will work with you to design your program, either as an occasional consultant or on an ongoing basis.  

Options for specialized training include:
  • Speed and Agility Training -  Recommended for competitive athletes    
  • Circuit Training - Recommended for general fitness goals
  • Cardiovascular Health Improvement - Increases overall cardio-pulmonary health
  • Strength and Power Development - Increases muscular strength, endurance and bone density
  • Sports-specific Training - Increases overall fitness while focusing on specific sports’ goals; recommended for golfers, tennis players, skiers, runners and other team athletes
  • Bodybuilding - Foundational training to enter the sport of bodybuilding

Free – Orientation and Initial Personal Training Session
$65 – Personal Training Session (approx. 60 minutes)
There may be additional charges for specialized services.
